We want you to love your purchase just as much as we loved packing it. There is a lot of extra energy work including energizing with crystal grids, burning sage, and a conscious intent to produce a creation to raise the vibes of the user.
Most of our products are natural and free from synthetic additives or preservatives. This means the shape and consistency may not be as perfect as mass market equivalents. Crystals in natural form and other forms such as polished pieces, bracelets, neckwear, pendants, and others consist of natural variances in shape and finish. Crystals do have some natural marks or dents on them which is completely natural in the case of these natural stones as these markings are often referred to as marks of mother earth on crystals. Crystal items are not perfect and often their beauty lies in the imperfections.
While we take utmost care in carefully packing products for shipping, we have no control over how the shipment is handled in transit and therefore cannot guarantee against damage. Due to the delicate nature of Crystal products, Sales are final for all products and cannot be returned or refunded
We do not accept returns unless products are damaged or broken during transit. If an item is received damaged, please email email@example.com or WhatsApp +917303063258 as soon as you receive the parcel to be eligible for a refund. Once the item is received, we will inspect and contact you about the eligibility of your refund request.
To be eligible for a refund/ exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To help with your claim please ensure you send a picture of the shipment as soon as possible.
You have 3 days from the day of delivery to contact us. If we respond and receive no further communication from you and the 3 days has ended, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in around 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT SELENITE/SATIN SPAR GOODS CAN BE DAMAGED FROM A FINGERNAIL SCRATCH. SELENITE/SATIN SPAR PRODUCTS ARE THE ONLY PRODUCTS THAT MAY NOT HOLD UP FOR A RETURN/PRICE REDUCTION UNLESS IT WAS SEVERELY CHIPPED DURING SHIPPING
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so the order will not be processed and shipped. Inability to contact us on time regarding package cancellations BEFORE an item is shipped will result in a non-refundable charge-NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping will be covered by YOU if a package was sent out and cancellation was not efficiently provided on time.
