Domestic Shipping (INDIA)

Orders are shipped via one of the following shipping providers:

  • XPRESSBEES (Surface)

Orders above ₹999- FREE

  • CASH ON DELIVERY

Orders below ₹999 - ₹120  

Orders above ₹999- ₹80


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Metro Cities- 2-5 days after dispatch
  • Other Cities- 3-7 days after dispatch
  • Delhi- 1-2 days after dispatch

*These are estimated delivery times please note that your parcel can take more or less time to deliver.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

We ship all of our orders via XPRESSBEES and DELHIVERY Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking Number and tracking link.

SHIPPING PROCESS

We know you like to get your parcels fast! Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. We process orders from Monday to Saturday

To ensure efficiency in our packaging process, we will not combine orders to save on shipping unless we are notified that multiple orders by one person have been made!!

Once the package is handed over to the Courier company, we will not be held responsible for its whereabouts. 

 LOST PARCEL

If you suspect your parcel has been lost in the mail, please contact us as soon as possible. We can work together on tracking it with the courier company to locate your parcel.

 If the tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered and mobile number entered by you was incorrect, IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS WHEREABOUTS AND NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN ON OUR BEHALF.

Please contact the respective courier company for more information on the whereabouts of your package or to open a claim.

 RETURN TO SENDER 

If your tracking states that your package has been returned to the origin that means the courier company had a reason to be unable to deliver parcel. Tracking will state the reason was; that the addressee moved, unable to reach the destination, incorrect address, etc. 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only (less shipping) or reship the package if you pay for us to reship it. 

If a mistake is made on our part and the order is returned, we will ship it out again free of charge.

 GENERAL RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless products are damaged. If an item is received damaged, please email info@healingauracrystals.com or WhatsApp +917303063258 as soon as you receive the parcel to be eligible for a refund. Once the item is received, we will inspect and contact you about the eligibility of your refund request. 

You have 3 days from the day of delivery to contact us. If we respond and receive no further communication from you and the 3 days has ended, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or return.

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

 **PLEASE NOTE THAT SELENITE/SATIN SPAR GOODS CAN BE DAMAGED FROM A FINGERNAIL SCRATCH. SELENITE/SATIN SPAR PRODUCTS ARE THE ONLY PRODUCTS THAT MAY NOT HOLD UP FOR A RETURN/PRICE REDUCTION UNLESS IT WAS SEVERELY CHIPPED DURING SHIPPING

 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so the order will not be processed and shipped. Inability to contact us on time regarding package cancellations BEFORE an item is shipped will result in a non-refundable charge-NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping will be covered by YOU if a package was sent out and cancellation was not efficiently provided on time

  • How long does shipping take?

Orders will typically ship out within 1-3 business days unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders during holidays or sales. If you need an order rushed or need it delivered by a certain date, please let us know via order notes or email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs! Once your order is sent off it is out of our control and we can't guarantee how quickly it will arrive.

  •   Can I get a tracking number?

All orders are sent by DELHIVERY or XPRESSBEES and receive free tracking numbers. If you don't receive a tracking number via email or SMS when your order is shipped, feel free to reach out and we can get it for you.  

  • How much time will it take to deliver my parcel?

Estimated delivery dates depend upon the destination and the service of that courier provider in that area

  • What do I do if my crystal arrives broken?

Unfortunately, accidents happen in transit and we will always do our best to make your order right. Please contact us right away if you receive a damaged product. Please send photos of the damaged order you received along with the damaged packaging so a claim can be filed with the courier company. If your order is broken, we will replace your piece as long as there is stock available. We will do our best to resolve your issue and a refund will be the last option if the situation cannot be resolved any other way. 

  • Can you do gift wrapping?

Yes! If you need gift wrapping or a message attached to your order, please leave a note at checkout. 

  • Where do you ship from? 

We are located in New Delhi, India

  • I didn’t receive any call from the delivery executive and my parcel has been marked as undelivered. What should I do?

In this case, you should contact us immediately and we will raise a complaint regarding it.

  • Why is Cash on Delivery shipping cost more than prepaid shipping cost?

Cash on Delivery shipping cost is more as it also includes Cash Collection charges charged by courier companies.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we are based in India and can ship to many countries worldwide. We are hoping to be able to ship to every country very soon! Once shipped, tracking numbers are not updated as frequently as domestic orders. International orders can take up to a month to arrive once shipped, and that is out of our control. We cannot guarantee your package arriving by a certain date if you are based out of India.

We ship to most countries around the world from New Delhi, India 

International orders are shipped via one of the following shipping providers.

Express (Aramex) - 6-15 Business Days - $20

Standard (India Post) - 18-30 Business Days - $6


Please note: 
Each country has its own import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country, please check with your country's purchase limits before purchasing, we will not cover this fee when it arrives in your country.

  • Please track your packages closely! Shipments may be held at customs in your country. Customers are responsible for picking packages up at Customs.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and receiving fees incurred.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that are returned to us due to a package not being picked up at Customs, Post Office, etc. If packages are returned to us, refunds will be issued for the items only, less any fees we incur due to the return.
