1. Apply a generous amount of facial oil, serum, or moisturizer for optimal slip.
2. Begin at the neck and roll upwards, avoiding back-and-forth movements.
3. Roll from the jawline to the ear on both sides, applying gentle pressure.
4. Continue the motion from the jaw to the cheekbone.
5. Roll from the forehead upwards towards the temples.
6. Experience a relieving sensation by rolling flat over your eyebrows horizontally.

🌿Gua Sha Grace:
1. Keep the Gua Sha tool flat against your face, starting with the forehead.
2. Scrape in an upwards motion from eyebrows to hairline.
3. Move to the cheeks, scraping outwards from the crease of the nose to the ear.
4. Use the end with two curves on the jawline, starting from the chin and scraping until the ear.
5. Gently massage the Gua Sha tool into the ear to release tension.
6. For the under-eye area, delicately scrape from the inner corner to the temple, applying light pressure due to the sensitive nature of the skin.

If an item is received damaged, please email info@healingauracrystals.com or WhatsApp +917303063258 with proof as soon as you receive the parcel to be eligible for a refund. Once the item is received, we will inspect and contact you about the eligibility of your refund request. 

You have 3 days from the day of delivery to contact us. If we respond and receive no further communication from you and the 3 days has ended, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or return.
